We provide highly-effective free weight, body-weight and direct-resistance tools, for the biggest and best compound exercises (pressing, and lifting moves which use multiple muscle groups simultaneously) using big levers and plates.  (Cable-driven exercises work great for pulling movements through many angles - that's what our equipment uses them for.  The trouble is, many home gyms depend on them for just about all strength training.  This is next to useless.  You're not going to get much done in the way of pressing action with a pec flye on a cable.  Home gyms that depend on cable are cheap to make, which is why they're a large part of showroom clutter)   With Powertec's and Ironmaster's proper design, you can achieve strength gains, muscle, fat loss, whichever your choice, with the right physical mechanics.  Up the pace, do higher repetitions and build lean mass and blast away fat. The fastest way. Go slower, add intensity (and weight) and build mass and power.

(By the way, pec flyes are a good add-on, isolation (single muscle) or warm-up, or therapy exercise, but no-one ever built mass, got lean  or burned many cals with them.  And you can do them with our stuff.  With plates and Mr Gravity, as well as cable, and dumbbells...)
