Warranties and Performance
We provide product details, and specs on each product page. If you receive a product that doesn't conform to the description you have been given or seen on the product page, contact us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
Warranties are provided by Fitness and Leisure Limited's suppliers for the buyer’s benefit. You should also adhere to any user or all-up weight or other limitation that are specified on our product pages.
All Powertec items are covered under the following warranty: Lifetime warranty on the frame (excluding surface finish); two years on component parts (bearings, spring pins); five year warranty on moving frames (press arms and other unspecified moving components), one year on pads, grips and unspecified parts. Replacement parts may vary in colour. This warranty is for domestic use. It does not cover the normal wear and tear associated with commercial use on grips, cables and pulleys. We stock these parts at a reasonable price so they can be replaced if you would like to use Powertec products in a light commercial environment. Ironmaster offers a 10 year warranty frame warranty (excluding paint or plating) for their benches, machines and optional attachments. The pads, cables, pulleys and upholstery are covered by a one year warranty. The Ironmaster Quick Lock Dumbbells and Kettlebell Handle carry a lifetime warranty to the first owner. The Ironmaster warranty is for domestic use. Note: some suppliers throw the word commercial around freely in their product descriptions, but qualify the equipment's use enough in small print to eliminate any benefits it implies.
